All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked or completed services.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional charge.

Late Changes (Less Than 24 Hours Notice)

Appointments changed, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $20 late fee.

Non-Refundable Services

Threading, eyelash extensions, lash removals, and all booked or completed services are non-refundable.
